  If you talk to sienna, hang up and call back. You'll thank me later. Poor customer service and lack of information and full of twisted information. Hiding info until its too late and the list goes on.

  Her name is sienna, worst experience of any customer service i ever. Rude, short tempered, disrespectful and if you can go somewhere else or talk to another person. Drove me to my last nerve.

  The absolute worst I’ve had a policy for three months and nobody told me they had the wrong VIN number until I go to the license plate agency and find out and when I found out that my insurance policy went up please don’t shop. It’s the absolute worst.

  Today (1/15/2021) I went to go reinstate my policy. Robert seemed like he was a newbie or maybe he wasn't. If he was then Robert Outlaw needs to get more training to provide better customer service to his customers. He couldn't answer none of my questions without asking a customer service representative from the phone. They were basic questions such as: How much would my premium would go up changing my date, he said I had to pay another amount than what was told to me from calling a customer service representative before today, also just getting a copy of proof of insurance for my boyfriend to get his drivers license which he is on my policy and Robert didn't realize he was. Robert could of simply looked at my policy and it shows that my boyfriend is. What is the point of having my information and you can't answer my questions? I never been with any other car insurance company for better rates, but maybe I need to start looking. I can't believe it will cost me $421 and some change just to move my date from the 21st to the 30th...I just want to be successful paying my payment on time VS paying $10 fee more bc i was late. Don't you guys want your money that I worked hard for? Working long hours, feet and body hurts???? This isn't all, a woman was sitting there waiting to get help and it was another agent sitting there didn't even ask her if she needed help or not. The other customer said she needs to be somewhere else and can someone help her. Then robert was trying to rush me out of there. Like what about me? I was just asking questions and I needed answers to make sure I'm covered and everything is back on track for me and my boyfriend. Please train your staffing better and make sure they have the knowledge & just have good energy to serve customers better! If I have another problem then I'm moving to another insurance company.
