Given that my case should have been straightforward, I believe my expectation for a streamlined and timely process was reasonable. Typically, it should take one day to receive a quote and no more than ten days to finalize the paperwork, provided that you agree with the figures presented. Unfortunately, my experience has been utterly chaotic and a major waste of time. I first reached out more than a month ago, and after all this time, I still received paperwork with the wrong premium. I do not think I have ever spent this much time dealing with an insurance matter before. The entire process has been truly bizarre.
