  To compact two occurrences; a few weeks ago, I visited the Direct office for some amendments and ran into several problems - today, I returned with more confusion and lack of understanding. Each time, Kyle was the agent I dealt with. If you have Direct (or not) and have questions or concerns on any level of insurance, do not hesitate to contact Kyle Lazaroff. With a knack for problem solving compounded with critical thinking (which he finds fun and enjoyable), he will leave no stone unturned in you leaving completely satisfied and in full understanding of your situation.

  Deedra Terry helped me get a great quote on my insurance and I am a first time driver other insurance places quoted me $365 but Im only paying 185$ I am happy with that . She was so nice and patient she answered all my crazy questions because I know nothing about cars or insurance this is my first car I purchased for my birthday I am so happy

  Nasty customer service. I first came in asking if I would get a better rate in person than online and she scoffed and gave this look like I was wasting her and my time. I told her that if she didnt think I would get a better rate, I could leave as I'm not trying to waste my time nor hers. I was asking for clarity because I didnt understand something but I was consistently given the run around and she had a very dismissive tone. Wouldn't really explain, was very rude. I joked that a part of the application sounded dumb to include since it made no impact on me or anybody else to include it and essentially asked me to leave. As a sales manager, be personable. You could have had my business but your rude behavior and being dismissive of my eagerness to understand something is very rude. When someone is trying to learn maybe take the opportunity to educate. You don't know my background nor my influence. I would have referred many people but thanks for showing your true colors.
