An elderly family member had a unique and complicated issue, and this team went above and beyond to resolve it—while making her feel heard, respected, and never lost in the shuffle. The level of professionalism is truly stellar. Other companies should take notes on how this firm handles the client–company relationship. The compassion they showed, especially in our situation, was overwhelming in the best way. I personally spoke with Starr, and the way she took charge of the situation completely blew me away. She was direct, firm, and relentless in getting the information her client needed—and she did it immediately. In today’s world, it is a rare blessing to find genuinely warm, compassionate people who also work this hard for their clients. If you have the opportunity to work with this firm, do it. No second guessing.
