We’ve had a great experience working with Jennifer. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly focused on making sure we have the right coverage rather than just selling a policy.
She does an excellent job explaining options in a clear, simple way and takes the time to understand what is needed. Anytime we have questions or need to make changes, she or her staff are always available, quick to respond, and follow through.

I have been with State farm off and on for the past 14 years. But over the last 8 years, I have always saw that on my list I was being directed to this office. But I'm so used to the kind and wonderful people at another office in the same area that I tried to stick with them. I have always heard bad things about attitudes, rudeness, and unprofessionalism with this office. Until recently it was just rumors. As of now I have first-hand experience Miss Jennifer over talking a customer, rudeness, abrupt nonchalant answers, and being very unapologetic for being incorrect. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I believe that my policy was with them all of 4 weeks, could have been five. But from the start I knew something was not going to work out. I purchased my vehicle on a Saturday, was told I'd be reached back to on Monday, did not hear from anyone until 2 weeks later when it was questioned about my renters insurance and my auto insurance of who was to be on it. The better State farm office that I went to was able to handle this for me without consistently interrupting me working with emails and phone calls that could have been handled just from reading my paperwork. I never got confirmation of getting my finance department updated, I never received any paperwork from this office, and I never received any phone call welcoming me to this office as a new customer. The only thing I receive was abrupt okay okay and yeah yeah yeah.
At this point I was being just as upset as they were for my call back. But I was told that they would be more than happy to get me out of their office and transferred to another one. And I was happy to be transferred. As soon as the transfer went through I received a call from my old office which is now my new office as well, welcoming me back to State farm as well as going over the information in a assuring that they have my back. The few little things that became major at Jennifer's office was handled at ease with no issue at this office that I had to go to to get better service. And for you people at Jennifer's office there's no need to respond you can continue to do as you did when I joined your office on March 22nd and not respond to anything. I just want to assure that others know that what people say about this office is totally correct.
