The small office atmosphere makes it easy to communicate yet they are also able offer competitive rates both for commercial and personal insurance. They really do go above and beyond and make navigating insurance much less daunting.

- CACody AJan 22, 20201.0I decided to switch companies after being offered a better rate so I called to cancel and the staff accused me of impersonating the first named insured and refused to process the cancelation. I decided to contact Robbie directly and asked him to cancel it. He canceled it and that was that. Later I get a bill for $176 for "short-rate" charges. No one mentioned anything about this fee and no one will do anything to waive it. I wouldn't recommend a place that allows customers to be charged for BS fees without any explanation.
