Every time I email Brooke with yet another thing, she always handles it so efficiently and thoroughly. We could not ask for better customer service. It is wonderful having someone we can rely on for everything that life throws our way.

When I have to call, whoever I speak with is always friendly and helps me with my issues right away. I usually speak with Brooke and she is very fast and attentive handling whatever changes I have. Brooke even helped me get my car side window replaced ( which I didn’t know was covered by my insurance) and followed up to make sure the glass company did a good job and to see if I needed anything else. I left a previous Stare Farm agency that was closer to me because of really bad customer service. Thankful I found Connie Fenner’s agency.
