- DGDeAnna GladwellAug 11, 20262.0Not helpful. Someone always answers the phone sounding depressed or angry. I missed a payment by 30 mins and was sent as lapsed insurance to the DOT. I immediately called when the office was open to make sure payment went thru, and did not lapse. Well, guess what? Now I have penalties to pay the DOT even tho I’ve made every single payment. Worse agent ever. Clearly doesn’t care to help clientele. I’ve called State Farm asking for a new agent
