- EEEmilyJun 30, 20261.0Stay away at all costs if you can. Every step of the way has been like pulling teeth. The policy was written wrong to begin with and it has been an absolute nightmare! They never do what they say they will and you have to call back a minimum of three times on the same issue to ensure it is completed because when left along everything falls through the cracks.

I had more than that one question and wanted things clarified. But she refused to speak to me and only replys to me by text. I plan on getting a new state farm office once my 6 months is up. If you want a personal relationship and to be able to reach a live person to talk to, these guys aren't it.
