Before we even walked through the door, we spoke with Ms. Porsche Thomas over the phone, and from that very first conversation, we knew we were in good hands. She immediately took care of us, answered our questions, and was determined to help us find the best option for our needs and our budget. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care gave us complete confidence before we even arrived.
When we walked through the door, Ms. Teresa and Ms. Porsche Thomas greeted us with the biggest smiles and made us feel instantly welcome. They even surprised us with thoughtful goodies, which immediately set the tone for an amazing experience.
