  I never thought I could appreciate an insurance agent so much Mrs.Wendy Was A blessing to me the whole time throughout my process of getting an insurance policy BOTH TIMES.. if you ever need assistance ask for Mrs. Wendy She is great and patient through the whole process.

  Hello this is Jerry Richardson . I contacted Ms Robin Adams at acceptance insurance in tupelo ms for Auto Insurance. We ( my wife) was sold some auto insurance from Ms Robin (acceptance insurance) through progressive. We where told that our monthly bill would be 286-315 a month of our vehicles. There was a accident on my wifes driving record, but was at no fault. But progressive still jacked the price up to 580+ dollars. I told ms Robin that I wasn't paying that because that's not what I agreed to pay. So ms Robin provided us with another insurance (national general) who was honest with us. Now progressive been sending these notices about paying them and ms Robin told me that we're not reliable for it. They constantly been coming for us and I've been telling ms Robin they sending this bill to collections. Ms Robin told me she took care of it, now the collection is showing up on my credit report. Im really mad about this is just gotten my credit good and now this. Reached out to Robin Adams again at the tupelo location in mississippi and I've gotten no response. Can someone please resolve this matter and get this off my credit report. Its like Ms Robin left me hanging with this matter. I have messages between me and Robin Adams to prove. Robin won't respond nor call me back, I felt lied to.

  they walked my fish and they actually met me outside of the store and offered a free car wash. on top of that they told me to bring my laundry and dishes and they all did it for me. one time i came in and they gave me a slice of pizza and a donut. they taught me how to play mini golf in the office.
