- JGJoseph Graves3 days ago5.0Will Patton and his team are the best! I have serveral rental propeties insured with Will and his office. I had a rental property that needed a roof to be replaced. The adjusters and the State Farm Claim department didn't agree the roof needed to be replaced. Will worked dilligently to have them come back out and respect the roof. I honestly was never concerned that Will wouldn't come through for me. He's told me multiple time that he will always fight to make things right for me with any claims that I may have. State Farm has now agreed to replace the roof on my property after multiple weeks of going back and forth. The last thing the claim rep said to me over the phone " Will you please tell that Will Patton to take a chill pill and stop blowing up my email." This is the kinda folks I like doing business with! You can't go wrong going with this group!!

If you need insurance, we highly recommend going to see Taylor. She is absolutely wonderful. We feel confident that we will be covered if anything ever arises. She made sure to ask the right questions so that we had coverage for the things we never would have even thought about. She always follows up when she says she will.
