It seems that there are non agents (not sure if they are non-agents, or just bad ones)who try to answer your questions, and I would rather have the actual agent that insures me. They are nice, but seem to be inaccurate. I bought insurance before I left the dealership, but hours later, to ask for my credit information again. Somehow, I wasn't covered, and the dealer was calling me all freaked.
