- RTRoxanna TuckerSep 14, 20261.0Do not trust these people they will steal money out of your bank account if your a week late on payment. All I did was pay by phone and they stole my debit card information and forged my signature or copied it and said I set up auto pay. No, if I set up auto pay I would not be paying by phone and cash monthly!!! They took all my money out of the bank and then blamed progressive. Them or progressive dont even care enough about there customers to even try to make this right!!! They are evil people. Do not trust them!!! I have no gas money or anything now to even buy groceries. I will have to take out a loan because of them!!!
