- JBJason BogemaApr 21, 20261.0Allstate is a joke!!! Warning- I just filed a total loss claim due ton engine fire that was not accident related. The vehicle was a 2023 in pristine condition. The Allstate Claims Department is pitiful!!!! Their offer isn’t enough to replace the vehicle with one 3 years older. I have submitted documentation showing what it will cost to replace the vehicle with the same year make and model and they are taking more than $10,000 additional off because of mileage. Unbelievable and disgraceful!
