- AJAntoin JohnsonJun 8, 20261.0When I reported my house fire, the individual I dealt with was rude and didn't accept my report, even though they claimed to have done so. Regarding AllState, I had $36,600 to cover lodging costs while my house supposedly to be rebuilt. AllState covered all of my hotel costs while they conducted an investigation. By the way, my house's reconstruction has not yet begun. The fire occurred on December 5, 2025, and as of June 8, 2026, their investigation has left me without a home to reside in and no hotel. I had to notify the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance (DCI) about Allstate. Avoid both
