  Livia was really helpful throughout the whole process of switching my auto insurance to State Farm! She took the time to walk me through the different coverages, answered all my questions clearly, and made the transition very easy and smooth. She was extremely friendly. Really appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend her!

  State Farm is the absolute best! I've been with them for awhile now and they always offer the best rates on the best policies! They always take care of me! Also, I'd like to give a shout out to Hayden Bissel! She got me the best rates and premiums at a super great low price! If you need insurance with premiums at the absolute lowest price around, call State Farm now!

  We currently reside in Illinois (soon to relocate full time to Missouri) & our Springfield IL State Farm Agent is unable to insure residents outside of Illinois. Called Bradford O’Neil State Farm office to gather information to establish our auto insurance in Missouri. Our St Louis daughter is insured with Bradford & Team and shared how pleased they were with their Bradford O’Neill Team for their autos and home owners insurance. When I first called last week - I was gifted by speaking with Marie on Bradford’s Team. Wow!! How impressive Marie!! Great first impression & that sure isn’t easy to experience in today’s world! Marie, such a true delight, welcoming & most knowledgeable. I had many questions for Marie, as my husband & I had the same State Farm Agency since at least 36 years for our auto & home owners insurance. We went from our original Illinois agent who retired a good number of years ago to current Springfield agent. So we didn’t think switching agencies would necessarily be an easy task. We were mistaken! Thanks to Marie!! First of all, what a joy filled demeanor Marie displays via her phone skills. Marie was extremely patient and clearly articulated the questions I needed to answer, steps I needed to successfully transition our ins from IL to MO. Marie made sure all our questions were answered, apparently has been well trained & able to utilize the computer efficiently to enable an efficient & positive phone call. Marie has kept in timely communication with us. Just yesterday I contacted Marie re us securing rental insurance. Once again, without fail / Marie was clearly on top of her game. She ask concise questions and efficiently provided the necessary information to not only us but also for our current landlord. No question, truly Marie is such a valuable asset to us, other clients of Bradford O’Neill Agency and entire State Farm across the nation!!! “Like a good. Neighbor… Marie @ State Farm was there for us!!” Awesome hire to your team Bradford O’Neill!!! Once full time in STL we look forward to stopping by the office and saying hello & thank you again!!
