  I've had three recent situations where the agent failed to respond or placed insurance that was not requested. I lost faith in this agent and will be switching to the next closest Allstate agent.

  You won’t find somebody who will work harder than Matt. He takes very good care of his clients, community, and the Hester Agency. He’s super responsive and has a whole team to help you out with your insurance needs!
