  I wanted to find an insurance agency closer to home vs an office in the metro; someone who would know who I am when I called rather than getting passed around each time. I emailed the office and Nick got back to me right away. I ran through what I was looking for and also the couple of issues I had been dealing with my current ins. agency. I was so pleased with how friendly and down to earth Nick was. No sleazy salesguy vibes at all. He was a great listener, he answered my questions so patiently and honestly. He broke things down for me with real-life examples so I actually for the first time in my life understood the coverage I was leaving with. He took the time to ask us questions to make sure he was suggesting the right type of coverage. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop with Nick but he is just a stand up, honest, hardworking guy. I wish I'd found him and the local office sooner! He also helped my daughter with her policy despite her limited work schedule to make phone calls and appointments during the day. I can't say enough about what a great experience I had. Thanks again, Nick!

  Tony was nice enough to get me better coverage. I was happy to pay a little extra knowing I was previously underinsured. Highly recommend his agency.

  Very unsettling to receive mail with a photo of my house visible in the window of the mailer prior to opening it, very large by the way taking up half the envelope. I can see its a marketing mailer but honestly comes off as very creepy. Please reconsider your marketing strategy to maybe not have the photo of prospective clients house's on it or at least not visible in the mailer window for all to see.

  Long overdo review but u have insured with Allstare for quite a few years and they have always been amazing to deal with. Their agents are very professional, welcoming, friendly, and dedicated to their customers. They also have great perks and prices. Best insurance company to have for auto and renters.
