  They made the mistake of taking wrong pictures of the wrong rental property . They canceled my insurance I didn’t receive the notification in the mail and didn’t know I didn’t have insurance on my rental property for three months which then I had to call ask what was going on and it took another two months for them to reinstate my insurance policy back due to them taking pictures of neighbors property with a trampoline without a net around it . It effects your insurance score when you go uninsured and policy went a lot higher and I asked if I could make monthly payments and thought that was happening instead they put a claim to collections for the time it wasn’t even insuranced and canceled my policy for not making the full 6 month payment . Still can’t get calls back from them and feel it was a big mistake on there part and was a good customer
