  As a customer with two different businesses, I've experienced North Risk providing noticeably different levels of service depending on the size of the employer. My new, smaller business gave 60 days' notice to set up health insurance, yet we barely met the deadline due to significant communication issues throughout the process. Emails frequently went unanswered, there is no digital onboarding option, and even routine tasks took an excessive amount of time to complete.

  I reached out to North Risk Partners for a commercial insurance quote via their contact form on the website the week of March 23rd, 2026. I had not gotten any response by the end of the week so I called in & was forwarded to the select new business team. None answered the phone so I left a message with my contact info. On March 27th I received an email from NRP outlining the information they needed for a quote. On April 6th I replied to the email with the information they requested. One week later I had not heard anything back so I sent a follow up email to verify that they had received my information I had sent over. I received an email back that same day from Dalton Mosher stating they did receive my information & that they do have an insurance carrier interested in providing me a quote & that I should expect to hear from them in a couple of days. One week later on Apr. 19th I sent a follow up email stating that I needed workmans comp. insurance by May 1st. & was hoping to get something lined up soon. I did not receive any reply back & sent another follow up email on Apr. 22nd. I received a reply from Dalton Mosher on Apr. 22nd stating he has not been in the office & was hoping to have an update for me tomorrow. Fast forward to May. 4th nearly 2 weeks later, I again reach out to Dalton Mosher for an update to which I received a reply stating he spoke with the underwriter & is expecting to have something for me this week. I replied to this email asking some specifics on why I haven't yet been able to get a single quote. As of today, May 20th I still have not received any reply or further communication from Dalton Moscher. We are at nearly 7 weeks since I initially reached out to North Risk Partners for an insurance quote. In addition to the emails, I attempted to reach this company and the agent assigned to my quote Dalton Moscher by phone on, March 27th - 1 time Apr. 9th - 1 time Apr. 10th - 3 times Apr. 20th - 1 time Apr. 21st - 4 times Apr. 22nd - 2 times All of the phone calls went unanswered & the handful of voice messages that I had left were never returned. I am counting nearly 20 attempts to contact this company regarding my quote & all I have received in return is 3 emails that all practically state the same thing "they should have something soon".

  Ryan was very helpful in finding homeowners insurance. My fiance and I are first time home buyers and he made the home insurance process very easy. He answered all of our questions and is very quick at responding to additional questions we have. Thank you, Ryan!

  I had a wonderful experience working with Ryan Larson at North Risk Partners. Over the course of a week or so, Ryan helped me understand my personal insurance options, laid out all of the plans against my current coverages with another provider, and walked me through the transition process. My coverages are higher, I added two policies, and I am somehow still paying less than I was previously! Super impressed with the service and the cost. I'd definitely recommend.
