In the past 3 years I've been set up with them, I haven't had any issues until recently.
A couple weeks ago, I emailed inquiring if my current premium would change IF I were to add another person to my policy and how much would the change be first. However their team went ahead to add that person to my policy and then couldn't tell me if my premium changed because it was "in progress" but that they're pretty sure it wouldn't change anyway. I was so confused. Why are you changing policies without permission and saying you *think* my premium wouldn't change? I immediately asked them to revert their changes, which fortunately they were able to do so but I didn't receive any acknowledgement of their mistake. I just left it at that as I am exploring other options right now and intend to leave State Farm soon.
Additionally this morning I received an automated text from this office asking me if I was interested in scheduling a call to discuss the current and future state of my policies. 45 minutes later, I received an email notification from State Farm who said my agent had changed. However it didn't detail who my new agent is and why this change was happening? The lack of communication and transparency here is unfortunate.
