  Allstate has been good for insurance coverage however their Drivewise app for monitoring safe driving and providing a discount on your car insurance is not very good. It sometimes tracks GPS usage on your phone as “phone activity” and automatically records “bike” trips as car. Also, if you travel with someone else in a car it automatically records you as the driver. You have to edit the trips or the app is inaccurate.

  I've been with the Gardner agency. Over ten years, whenever I have concerns and I call, i'm always given courtesy, see and answers to my questions regarding my policy. All the gentlemen that work at the Gardner agency. I give a 10 for customer service., and when I do call, they put a smile on my face because they know exactly who I am and always always ask me how I am doing. My questions are answered with patience, respect, and kindness. Thank you all at the Gardner agency.
