  I was looking into insurance for an out-of-state move and got connected with Marcyves. As someone who’s never had insurance of my own, I had a ton of questions. I can’t even begin to explain how helpful he was in getting me quotes, explaining the details of different coverages and answering every question I had. Marcyves knows his stuff and was incredibly friendly, responsive and professional through it all. I would certainly recommend him and this office to anyone in the area.

  Marcus was amazing to work with! He helped me find a better renters insurance policy and made the entire process so much easier. I had a lot of questions and was pretty confused at times, but he was incredibly patient, understanding, and communicative throughout everything.

  Your stupid advertising over Back to the 50s is only pissing people off. An hour (so far) of planes circling the fairgrounds so people can’t talk is very disrespectful and inconsiderate. Precisely because of this I will never use you as my agent and I’m a State Farm customer.

  Marcus Michel helped my daughter get set up with renters insurance and made the whole process really easy. He's just getting started in the insurance industry, but you wouldn't know it from how professional and organized he is. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and didn't rush anything. We're pretty like-minded in how we approach things, so it was easy to work with him and trust what he was saying. Overall, just a solid experience and I'd recommend him if you're looking for someone who's upfront, helpful, and easy to deal with. I'm sure he's going to do well in this field.
