I live in East English Village in Detroit, and my homeowners insurance kept increasing every year, even though I have had zero claims. I reached out to Tracy after receiving her information in the mail and sent over my current declaration page. She reviewed my coverage, explained where I was overinsured and underinsured, and put together a better policy. The savings she found for me were amazing, and I ended up with better coverage at a much lower cost. If you live in Detroit, I highly recommend reaching out to Tracy at Allstate. She was professional, helpful, and saved me a significant amount of money.

When I called her back a few days later she gave me quotes for auto, home, and motorcycle. Tracy was able to send me emails which helped with communication when I could not use the phone at work. She had comparable coverage for lower rates. Thank you Tracy.
