  If you want to be misinformed by your agent and be left with thousands to pay out of pocket, then this is the place to give your service to! Claim had been reopened couple times just for it to be denied and left with a wrecked vehicle. All because Allstate lets their agents misguide their clients. Syed left us hanging for 3 months, barely any communication throughout the process. Allstate in general is trash. May give you the best rates, but good luck when you get into a car accident. Would give it zero stars if I could. Si desea ser mal informado por su agente y quedarse con miles para pagar de su bolsillo, este es el lugar al que le debe brindarle su servicio! El reclamo se había reabierto un par de veces solo para que se lo rechazara y lo dejaran con un vehículo destrozado. Todo porque Allstate permite que sus agentes engañen a sus clientes. Syed nos dejó colgados durante 3 meses, sin comunicación durante todo el proceso. Allstate en general es pura basura. Puede ofrecerle los mejores precios y ofertas pero buena suerte cuando se meta en un acidente. Le daría cero estrellas si pudiera.

  Never answers calls. Bad agent to begin with he over charged and never got me the deals he promised. I was charged two months extra!!!! After I terminated the policies!!!!!
