There's a reason they have the reviews they do, and I totally get it now. Honestly, they didn't even ask for a review... I just felt like it would be unfair not to leave one.
I've had other insurance providers before, but never felt this kind of personal touch. They're reachable over text, they call back, and they check in through email too. Anytime I've had a question, getting answers has been easy and the information is always clear and accurate.
Had to file a claim recently and the whole thing was smooth and quick. What really stood out was when the representative walked me through how much my premium could go up versus what it would cost out of pocket. That kind of honesty actually helped me make the right decision for myself. You really don't come across that very often.
And the birthday card :) didn't expect that at all, but it made my day. really appreciated the thoughtfulness! π Little things like that say a lot. Really glad I found them!
