  Aside from the high insurance rates that come with being a michigan resident, the entire experience was great. This office had insured my mom for years, and the amount of care that they give to her account gives me a sense of comfort knowing she is with a caring insurance agency. I recently opened a homeowners policy with them, and I'm so glad I did. Keisha and Amy are both amazing with the amount of care they give to their customers. Keisha was very thorough in making sure I was getting exactly agency I needed.
