They know me by name when I walk in the office and they take the time to fully explain things and they make sure you and your family are taking care of. I’ve never felt this secured with an insurance company. State Farm is not always the cheapest but it’s the service that I get from the Tim Harvey crew that has kept me a customer for nearly 10 years. Insurance is not fun, but Dan will make the process as painless as possible and he has your back. Tim is cool too! You don’t normally work with the person whose name is on the office. They do more than just sell you a policy, they take pride in what they do, and they enjoy connecting with you to ensure they meet your needs. 10/10 highly recommend.
