  This guy was rude, unhelpful and always a couple days to call back. He’s awful or maybe he just helps whom he chooses. His most famous line call after hours, he’s garbage. I’ve asked this company to remove him as my agent they won’t so I’ll keep posting my 1 star review until your removed.

  I've been with All State for a little over two years now, and I am very pleased to say that my experience with them has been phenomenal. I am very pleased with the service I've gotten; even with me having less than perfect credit, my policy is still very reasonable, and the staff here is awesome... They're always very considerate of my needs, respectful, and knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. I would recommend Jeffery Torrence of All State to anyone who's looking for a caring and considerate agent to take care of their insurance needs... So glad I did.
