Unfortunately I hit a deer that caused considerable damage to my car. I thought “here we go”, this is going to take a lot of time and effort , on my part, to get it fixed. I made one call to my State Farm agent, Trish Rayer, and everything was handled immediately. I even had the car rental company call me. I took the car to one of their authorized service garages. I thought I wouldn’t see my car for a week or two. I took the car in on a Monday afternoon and was able to get it back on Friday afternoon. Wow! Great job Trish, great job State Farm! I think it is rare to get that kind of service anymore.
