  I had a terrible experience with Allstate Insurance. I signed up for a policy April 24th 2026 and then canceled it within 20 minutes, well before anything should have been processed. I made it very clear that I did not want the policy to go through. Despite that, four days later, they charged me $1,592.15 anyway. It’s incredibly frustrating to do the right thing by canceling immediately, only to have a large charge hit your account days later. I called six times, left two voicemails, and never received a phone call back. The lack of communication and failure to honor a prompt cancellation request is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering Allstate to double-check everything and be prepared for potential billing issues. This experience has completely turned me away from doing business with them again.

  Received a discounted rate to begin with and then had to repeatedly jump through hoops to keep that rate, including having my driving tracked with my own phone, no less. I chose not to be spied on, so lost that discount. Please note: no accidents, no tickets and an excellent credit score.. Those obviously don't matter anymore... We were with AAA for 30 yrs, until it got too expensive.

  Made a policy with him in February, 2 months later he tries charging me another charge that's almost double my yearly payment. I told him to suspend the payment, I'm told he would but I was still charged. I decided to cancel and when I was pro-rated I received less because that charge went through after I told him, and was told that it wouldn't. Took days for him to get in contact about the charges too. Do not recommend
