Today, I transferred my Auto, Home, and Umbrella policies from Allstate to Auto-Owners Insurance, and the outcome is incredible. Patti’s deep knowledge, professionalism, and experience shone through from my initial contact to closing the deal.   Cory Moore is one of the best insurance agents I’ve worked with. He’s been in insurance for a long time, owns the agency, and I believe it’s also a family business. He really knows the policies and takes the time to explain what’s covered, beyond just the deductible and price. I live in an older neighborhood with a lot of mature trees, and Cory helped me negotiate with the insurance company when that became an issue. He also reviews my policy every couple of years to make sure I still have the right coverage at a good price. Cory is a nice guy and easy to talk to. He never pushes me to buy coverage I don’t need, but he does offer helpful suggestions and points out things other agents have never mentioned to me. I appreciate being able to ask questions and get honest answers. I’ve really appreciated his help over the years. Whenever someone asks me for an insurance agent, Cory is the person I recommend.

  Cory is reliable and always a great resource whenever I have questions about insurance. I purchased my car out of state over a weekend, and Cory responded immediately when I was at the dealership and needed assistance. He is very knowledgeable about insurance and always takes the time to explain things clearly. Having Cory as my insurance agent gives me great peace of mind. I highly recommend him!

  The Metro Agency is a 3rd generation family owned business. Cory Moore is a very knowledgeable and caring agent that takes the time to review and explain the needed home/auto insurance coverages in an easy to understand way. I’ve learned a lot from Cory and he has earned my family’s trust.
