  They are hands down the best of the best!!!! I will never have a different insurance. Michael and his team are amazing. Love love love my state farm guys even though he's in Michigan and im a true OSU gal!!!!

  Kent helped me get the coverage that I need and saved me money from other popular companies. Very polite and friendly, great energy. Highly recommend. (took about an hour and that's because we rambled on about Warhammer 40k).

  After a very upsetting experience with Progressive, I was shopping around and put in an inquiry with State Farm. Mitch called within an hour to review a quote and walk through a new policy. He was so kind to listen as I vented about the horrible experience and what I was looking for in the next company. As we compared policies, he was able to provide better coverage than we currently have and at a better price. We saved over a $1000 for the 6 month policy which is 1 reason I am writing this review. The 2nd is the fact that Mitch actually listened, didn't try to up sell, didn't rush the conversation and made a horrible experience one that I am glad to have happened.

  Michael Church and his team are the smoothest crew I know. I have a problem if not as the first ring is going but by the third ring they are answering and have a solution to the problem. They are great at getting all the details and providing the best solutions. I’ve been with Church since 2023 switch from Progressive and have never been happier, mostly it’s due to this team, nothing without their combined efforts. Thank you guys for being awesome, Kyle, Michael, Caleb and I’m missing the Lady’s name. Thank you again!

  The insurance functioned as insurance does, no issues there. My issue came after my wife and I divorced. I called to remove her from my insurance since we were separated. Fast forward a year. My wife is still getting bills, at her new house, for my insurance. I called Michael Church's office to get things figured out and they told me that I had been removed from the insurance and only my ex was on it. I explained that that is wrong and I was supposed to be on it and her be removed. The agent said no problem, we will switch it. The issue is that my ex wife has accidents on her record. I explained that I had been paying her rates for a year. They looked and said that was correct and they would look into issuing me a refund. MULTIPLE phone calls from me to them. Constant reassurances that they would call me. They never called. They never mailed or emailed. They never issued my refund or made any bona fide attempt to make things right. State Farm might offer decent insurance, but Michael Church's office does not conduct accurate business nor do they remedy their mistakes. Michael, I am glad I was able to involuntarily donate to your slush fund, but I really only wanted things made right. You have severely let me down at every point that mattered.
