- DDDaveJul 29, 20262.0The insurance functioned as insurance does, no issues there. My issue came after my wife and I divorced. I called to remove her from my insurance since we were separated. Fast forward a year. My wife is still getting bills, at her new house, for my insurance. I called Michael Church's office to get things figured out and they told me that I had been removed from the insurance and only my ex was on it. I explained that that is wrong and I was supposed to be on it and her be removed. The agent said no problem, we will switch it. The issue is that my ex wife has accidents on her record. I explained that I had been paying her rates for a year. They looked and said that was correct and they would look into issuing me a refund. MULTIPLE phone calls from me to them. Constant reassurances that they would call me. They never called. They never mailed or emailed. They never issued my refund or made any bona fide attempt to make things right. State Farm might offer decent insurance, but Michael Church's office does not conduct accurate business nor do they remedy their mistakes. Michael, I am glad I was able to involuntarily donate to your slush fund, but I really only wanted things made right. You have severely let me down at every point that mattered.
