  Auto Owners provides a great venue for the annual Oldsmobile Homecoming Show that is held the day before Father's Day every year. Hope to see you there next year!

  It was an unfortunate event that I had to go through Auto Owners insurance, but Amanda made it so easy and seamless. I am very grateful to have Amanda’s help and to call and ask questions. Two months later, and I am more than happy to be back in my truck!!

  I’d give them negative 5 stars if I could. I’ve been a policyholder with AO my whole adult life. Home, auto, umbrella. But when my dog was killed in a car accident they told me there was no coverage for his veterinary bills or his replacement (he could never be replaced). A once great and trustworthy company has lost all of my respect and will never see another dime from me for as long as I live. Shame on you, Auto Owners, and may God have mercy on your souls for the way you extract premium from working people and leave them hanging in their worst moments. You should all be ashamed for doing the bidding of this corrupt beast of a company. I pity you disgusting crooks and don’t know how you sleep at night.

  First reason, their AI is garbage, left our child on the side of the road, stuck in a loop with their AI (this call was for a tow truck). Second, we are literally firing them as our provider, even though it is cheaper than the other quotes we received. Our youngest was driving and got t-boned by another driver who shot out of a private lot without looking. Auto Owners DENIED OUR CLAIM despite having full coverage and this being a not at fault accident. Their excuse, he was between deliveries for Door Dash and we didn't have some "special rider" on our insurance that nobody ever told us we needed! Why would anyone assume that driving food in your car requires special insurance (not commercial, we checked on that before he started). We will NEVER use Auto Owners again, and we are doing our part to warn others.

  Accident adjuster failed to contact eyewitnesses to accident, (including a Lt. with Kentucky State Police) 2 additional eyewitnesses verified Statement of othet driver was not accurate. (2) Auto Owners tok adverse non-renewal action against policy owner even when their investigator determined forcible entry into car/residence. Policy holder was succeessful in identifying offender that cleared 4 other burglaries. In summation, policy holder never filed a false, misleading, or was late or guilty of non-payment. Auto Owners severely undertrains their adjusters. Policy holders insurance denied renewal after Deer struck in Kentucky. Kentucky State found no negligence in operation of vehicle. Severe sanctions against Auto -Owners necessary to use licensed adjusters snd not claims expediters to settle accident.
