  Had a issue with 152 ft of fence that was severly damaged in storm and Auto Owners did a great job in making the process easy .Jeff Schmidt from the Cleveland , Lake County area Ohio , was are claims rep. He sould be recognized for a job well done . He was Great ,Thanks Jeff

  The process of getting in a car accident and then having to go through insurance can be really overwhelming. I was assigned Eric Rasch as my claims representative and he made the whole process so much less intimidating. He answered any and all questions I had, was never in a rush with me on the phone, slowed down his talking when he could tell I was writing things down, and guided me through the entire process seamlessly. This process made me grateful to have Auto-Owners as my insurance, as I received my insurance check within 3 weeks of my accident.

  Auto Owners provides a great venue for the annual Oldsmobile Homecoming Show that is held the day before Father's Day every year. Hope to see you there next year!

  It was an unfortunate event that I had to go through Auto Owners insurance, but Amanda made it so easy and seamless. I am very grateful to have Amanda’s help and to call and ask questions. Two months later, and I am more than happy to be back in my truck!!

  I’d give them negative 5 stars if I could. I’ve been a policyholder with AO my whole adult life. Home, auto, umbrella. But when my dog was killed in a car accident they told me there was no coverage for his veterinary bills or his replacement (he could never be replaced). A once great and trustworthy company has lost all of my respect and will never see another dime from me for as long as I live. Shame on you, Auto Owners, and may God have mercy on your souls for the way you extract premium from working people and leave them hanging in their worst moments. You should all be ashamed for doing the bidding of this corrupt beast of a company. I pity you disgusting crooks and don’t know how you sleep at night.
