  I cannot praise Spencer Conrad enough! I spent half of the day shopping for a car insurance. Spencer offered me an unbeatable rate. But that’s not all… He was an absolute delight to deal with. He was engaged, very polite and friendly, I felt like I was conversing with a friend. He was VERY thorough explainjng things to me, in fact, I learned more about the details of a car insurace policies from him that I did from all the agents and brokers combined before him. He went the extra mile to make sure to offer me the best options available. He provded me with detailed instructions on how to proceed, followed up on our conversation promptly, and assured me he will check on me to make sure everything is working without aby issues. These are work ethics a customer would like to see in every person providing any seevices. He should probably train people at the conduct of an agent. An AAA+++ experience. Thank you so much, Specer!!!

  My agent Alexis was outstanding. I was shopping for a good rate from a reputable company. Alexis walked me through everything. She even got on a 3 way call and I cancelled my other insurance plan with another company. This is a person you want on your team. I wish I could give her 10 stars. I also wish I could give her a raise. Good job Alexis and thank you so very much for all your support and help in switching insurance companies. Sincerely,
