  Lauren Duflo was incredible. this is my first time dealing with any sort of renting or auto insurance, and she was so helpful with me understanding it and also what my options are. I also incorrectly had the address and something else wrong after everything was paid for and it was close to move in where insurance was required. she was super quick with fixing my errors and all was good to move in. Absolutely 100% recommend this place and especially Lauren.

  Lauren Duflo was the most helpful person when dealing with all of this. I have never had to get auto or renters insurance before. I moved out of my parent's house and needed both. It is all way over my head and she created quotes and called me to talk through them since I didn't understand any of it. I also made an error in a few details of the policy and she corrected it so quickly. Which was great because my apartment needed it ASAP or they were going to charge me their insurance which was way more expensive. Absolutely would recommend. Thank you Lauren!
