  I have been with Mike and team for 20yrs, following my parents who have been here for almost 30yrs. They always swore they would stick with Mike after he made sure my sister who was hit by a car was taken care of. That was in the late 90s. During my time with Mike there were multiple instances where Berry abd Candace bent over backwards to make sure I was always covered. Mike would send birthday cards and made a point to remember who we are. Then genuineness in Mike and his team is unmatched. This past month I got into me first real accident which was followed by a 2nd accident in the rental car. When I was on the side of the road still, I immediately called Mike's office and spoke with Karen. Words cannot express what it meant having Karen to discuss things with as I was super worried of the bill because I passed on getting the additional insurance through Enterprise. Karen was so knowledgeable and empathetic. She helped me think clearly over the situation and the options while making sure to genuinely put my best interest at heart. She also explained some things I had no clue of to be sure I wasn't taken advantage of at all. I never once felt I had to twist an arm to get anything covered for either accident. State Farm ended up covering much more than I would ever guessed on the rental as I was at fault. I'm still in awe. I know this is long but whoever is reading this and debating this office, I hope this helps. This type of "service" goes far beyond an insurer/insured. This office genuinely cares. This is the culture Mike and his team created and it's such a rarity these days. I could care less if I could save a few bucks elsewhere. The peace of mind I have with this agency is worth far more.

  I have been with state farm for years! I have never had any problems with them. Karen is amazing and always goes above and beyond. Karen is always there when I need something whether it’s an email or a call, i can always count on her. Even though state farm is on the pricey side you definitely get what you pay for and never once have I regretted being there.

  The Michael Heck State Farm Office is amazing. All the staff that assist folks are very knowledgeable, helpful and oh so friendly! I always feel like they go above and beyond to help support every persons' insurance needs. I switched from another agency and I'm so glad I did. There is no other insurance office I would recommend.

  I have been with Mike Heck's office for over 10 years. They are amazing! They answer any question you may have and work hard to get you the best rates. I usually work with Karen(who is awesome), but so is everyone else. I recommend this office 110%.
