Unfortunately, I experienced the same thing with Kaleigh Barrett. I provided all of the documentation she requested, yet my insurance was eventually doubled without my knowledge or permission. I also tried contacting Kaleigh Barrett 4–5 times and received no response. Interestingly, when I called to cancel my policy, my call was answered immediately. This was especially disappointing because I was specifically reassured that something like this would not happen without me being notified. Unfortunately, that was exactly what happened. I expected much better communication and transparency.
