  We have dealt with Allstate for years and love their service. Heidi Kolch in the Clinton township office is so amazing and very accommodating. She knows us by our voices and that is not a quality you find in business these days. We appreciate her service so much. Everything to buying cars to insurance claims are handled so efficiently.

  I am posting this for Susan Dennis and our joint insurance issues with agent David Stevens and staff member Heidi. So my homeowners policy went up over $30 a month. When I called to ask about it I was told that the only thing that could be done was to rewrite my policy to get a better rate. So I went through all of that, which included doing my own home inspection with several photos, Etc. A week later I received a collection notice that I owed a payment on the old policy for 101.46. I was never told that I had a balance on the old policy as I had to make a payment on the new policy at approximately the same time as my normal monthly payments. After speaking with Heidi, I was less than impressed with her concern over the matter and decided to wait for the agent to get back in the office. I stressed over it for a week and after speaking with the agent I got the same nonchalant attitude about it, no empathy whatsoever from him either. I'm really tired of people that act like they really don't care about the impact that their actions or inactions have on their customer. I've had several other problems over the last several months and I feel that I need to constantly watch my account. You are not in good hands with this agents office. They both said things like their hands are tied, blaming Allstate I guess for their constrants, showing their complete lack of empathy to my hardship created by their lack of attention to detail and lack of accountability. We have since found out that when our policies were transferred to this agent that they don't make any money off of us unless they rewrite the policy, so that makes it even more interesting. Horrible experience and still waiting to hear from Allstate.
