- JSJim SullivanJul 19, 20265.0I recently helped my dad research some new insurance options for home, auto, boat, umbrella, etc. We called Bingham a few weeks ago and spoke with Willem, who took down all the information for my dad and soon emailed quotes to us for the insurer who came back with the most competitive rates. Because my dad intended to switch over multiple policies at once, we wanted to make sure that there would be no gaps in the new coverage. We ended up sending quite a few detailed questions to Willem over the course of a few weeks. He answered all our questions promptly and professionally through both phone and email, including taking the time to clarify with the underwriters a more nuanced issue related to one particular policy. His patience, diligence, and responsiveness enabled my dad to move forward confidently. For my own insurance needs, I've been with one particular insurer/agency for over 25 years now. My personal experience with that other insurer/agency has unfortunately become less positive over recent years from a customer service perspective—particularly when it comes to trying to reach someone over the phone. So, I asked Willem to quote replacement policies for all of my own existing coverages. Finding responsive, high-quality customer service is not easy these days, but I've been impressed with Willem and Bingham overall.
