  Ive been a customer since I was a teenager, and MCI has always taken care of me. They got me hooked up with my policy through Citizens and I feel I've been treated fair all around for 11 years now. Kat is always a pleasure when I have to call to swap a policy on a vehicle.

  We have our home and 3 cars insured. close to 15 years iI believe. We have only had 1 claim on the home owners policy, but 5 or 6 on the cars between a few fender benders and windshield replacements. Our rep has always been more than helpful and understanding. We have no complaints at all. Always tell friend about MCI.
