She never forced me to get add-ins that I really don't need. I spoke with other agent representatives before, and they all sounded a bit aggravated. Miss Angela, on the other hand, remained very patient and willing to answer all my questions. She made me sure that I'm 100% okay with the details of the insurance policy. Overall, I highly recommend this agency if you are looking to get insured with State Farm.
