- SRSherria ReidAug 27, 20265.0I had been with my previous State Farm agent, Gary Hollenbaugh, for more than 20 years, so when he retired, transitioning to a new agent was a pretty significant change. I’m happy to say the transition to Dane Spealman’s office has been a very positive one. I carry much more than auto insurance with State Farm — my homeowners, umbrella, universal life, and term life policies are all with them — so having an office that is responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive really matters to me. I especially want to recognize Amber, who has been my primary point of contact and has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is responsive, helpful, patient with questions, and consistently follows through. When you’ve had the same insurance agent for more than two decades, there’s something reassuring about knowing the next office is going to take just as much care with the relationship as the policies. I’ve been very pleased with Dane’s office and especially appreciative of the service Amber has provided. It has made what could have been a difficult transition feel seamless.
