Very unprofessional. For the cost of homeowners insurance, I find it appalling that they do not care about my claim or to help me at all. I am very dissatisfied with this agent. I can't even get the main Allstate office to respond to me. No support at all for over 2 months!!!

Which led to me still dealing with them as of today, they sent a balance to collections, yet never told me I had one. So of course I had to pay it, so that I can finally get this lingering process over with. She asked me would I consider coming back. I absolutely will NOT, I have never in my life had this many issues canceling an insurance policy.
