  Allstate handled my claim with lots of communication. The process was smooth and at times, I missed an email on something needed from me, but they used multiple forms of communication, so I received the same actions via text message.

  I had a great experience working with Mike Rodriguez at Allstate. He was professional, responsive, and took the time to walk me through all of my options in detail. I really appreciated how transparent he was about coverage levels and pricing, and he made sure I understood everything without any pressure. Even though I ultimately decided to go in a different direction, Mike was nothing but helpful and respectful throughout the entire process. It’s clear he cares about his clients and wants to make sure they’re making the best decision for their situation. I would absolutely recommend reaching out to him if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and easy to work with.

  Jocelyn was so patient and also thorough in explaining every part of my auto coverage. She took the time to find the best policy for my needs and even helped bring my rates down. I have to say that I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. She responds to my emails quickly and handles even the small details I might have overlooked. She truly makes the process easy and of course, stress‑free. She is very knowledgeable and great when communicating those concepts to customers.
