  Bria was very helpful in rectifying an issue that I had with my auto insurance policy. She followed up with me after my concerns and made sure the payment amount was corrected. Bria was very polite and did a wonderful job!!

  I talked to Bria who is very polite and professional. I received a quote instantly and was able to put a car on my policy within minutes. The price was great and I had some questions for her that she couldn’t answer right away and needed to research. She responded promptly with all the answers I needed.

  The Karen Michaels team has been my insurance office since I got my own insurance at 19! Their team has always been so kind and helpful. They made the initial process really easy and have been kinda and willing to help with any issues. I even moved out of state to Pennsylvania just a few years later and have been here for over a decade. When I thought I had to change offices, I was informed that the team covered multiple states. They've remained helpful in accidents I've had, questions I've needed answered, etc. The time that I did need to pick up a check from the office, they worked with a local branch near me to send everything there for me to finish the process, avoiding an 1.5 hour drive, again making things and smooth and helpful as possible. I've been very happy with them and hesitant to switch even locally.

  I want to take a moment to recognize Chayna Nixon, my State Farm licensed representative, for going above and beyond to help me with my insurance policy renewal\. Chayna didn’t just treat me like another customer, she genuinely took the time to listen, understand my needs, and work within my budget. She carefully went over my options and made sure I received every possible savings and discount available, for both my policy and my son’s. What impressed me most was how much she truly **cared**. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and willing to put in the extra effort to make sure we were properly covered while also saving as much money as possible. Customer service like this is rare. Chayna is truly a **gem in disguise**, and I am so grateful for the time, effort, and compassion she showed me. If you’re looking for someone who will actually take the time to help you and look out for your best interests, I highly recommend Chayna Nixon at State Farm.   Melanie was so amazing, she helped me tremendously, and really was a blessing today. She explained all my options thoroughly and made sure I understood the process of everything.
