- CHCheyenne HooverOct 8, 20265.0Raistlin Smits Was my agent today he helped me with an issue I had; I closed with progressive canceled my policy and came over to you guys and they reported me to PennDOT and tried to get me in trouble with them so he was kind enough to send over my proof of insurance and everything else to the Department of transportation so I will definitely never be going back to progressive that’s for sure and he was very kind and welcoming and helped me out with the snap and save as well Explained it a little bit better for me because I have problems with heartbreaking with my Tesla because I use FSD so he explained that to me as well. He had a lot of good information for me but definitely was a big help with the whole department of transportation and progressive being very rude to their customers so definitely appreciated his help and his hospitality was very welcoming. You have a very good agent there!
