I had a wonderful experience working with Ms. Tammy Keller. She was extremely informative, took the time to thoroughly review my policy with me, and made sure all of my questions were answered. She was responsive, professional, and easy to reach by both email and phone. Her excellent customer service made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We recently had the pleasure to work with Benton Ward through Lank Johnson's agency for our first experience getting home owners insurance. It was a breath of fresh air being able to work directly with someone local and not through a call center. Benton was extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of. He was able to work with us mainly via email due to our busy schedules, and even with that he was extremely informative and thorough in his responses and promptly got us all the information we needed. Once we decided on specific policies, he was very quick with getting in touch with our home purchase lender and coordinating with them. We are very happy with the bundled policies he recommended and we're excited to switch from our previous auto insurance company (whom we've been with for many years) not only due to the great savings Benton was able to offer, but also because of how great his customer service was. We will definitely be recommending him to friends and family!
