  My husband got auto insurance through Emmanuel Halloway. He many times confirmed that the insurance will be full coverage because he is financing it ( common sense ). He didn’t care that the car was financing or not, after paying him, my husband checked and noticed Emmanuel got him on a PIP ( liability only ) coverage . We tried to talk to him and he hung up on our faces and now won’t pick up any phone calls or messages . This guy is a liar and a crook. STAY AWAY. Very unprofessional and disrespectful , hanging up on our faces while talking
