- DDDom D3 days ago5.0My experience with the whole Dane Spealman team has been amazing. Awesome customer service. I cannot thank Tammy enough for her help with a very frustrating situation involving the State Farm claims department. I had been trying for almost two months to reach the right claims specialist. After spending more than an hour on the phone with customer service one day, I was completely exhausted and frustrated. I called Dane’s office again and left a voicemail. That’s when Tammy called me back. She patiently listened to my situation, understood my frustration, and promised to help. And she absolutely delivered! Within 15 minutes, she connected me with the claims department, and the issue I had been struggling with for two months was finally addressed. Tammy was patient, professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping. She turned an extremely frustrating experience into a positive one. Tammy truly deserves 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for going above and beyond to help me!

State Farm my insurance company screwed me over, making me pay out of pocket and just because they said parts were worn. I said I wasn’t broke until a 30k lbs 18 wheeler hit a 3000 lbs car. State Farm just wants your money
